Terms & Conditions

A deposit of £300 pounds is required to secure a booking. Full balance of the course must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to start date.

Valid provisional entitlement to drive the relevant class of vehicle must be held by the trainee. Any discrepancy will result in cancellation of the course without any reimbursement of fees paid.

All trainees are obligated to be medically fit, rested and free from any drugs or alcohol at all times. Any eye-wear corrective lenses or spectacles required to meet the eyesight standard must be worn at all times. Suitable clothing and footwear should be worn at all times.

Anyone considered to be unsafe on a public highway due to the nature of their driving or mind set will result in cancellation of the course.

Relevant documentation must be presented to D.S.A. staff as requested on the test day. This is the responsibility of the trainee.

Any time lost due to trainee’s unavailability or sickness cannot be rescheduled

Cancellation Policy

Courses cancelled by customer will result in the loss of any fees paid in advance to the D.S.A. or any other such organisation. Refunds will depend on circumstances. Severn will attempt to fill any dates where possible time permitting.

Personal information is not given out to any organisations other than that used for booking tests.

Information is kept to comply with current GDPR regulations.
